Buckhannon-Upshur Environmental Students put on a mock trial at Upshur County Courthouse on Tuesday afternoon in front of Judge Kurt Hall.
This exciting opportunity started when the students learned about Parkersburg v. Dupont.
They also had the unique opportunity to speak to the lawyer who successfully sued DuPont — Mr. Robert Bilott! Students were given the opportunity to get advice about their case and his legal career.
