Buckhannon-Upshur environmental students experience exciting legal battle with mock trial

Upshur County 911 Assistant Director Kimbra Wachob was named WV CIT Dispatcher of the Year for her compassionate crisis response and statewide training leadership. Her work has strengthened how dispatchers handle behavioral health emergencies across West Virginia.
