Buckhannon man arrested after police find fentanyl stamps in vehicle

An Upshur County man was arrested after allegedly possessing stamps that tested positive for fentanyl. Joseph Wagner, 42, of Buckhannon, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver, a felony, and driving under the influence, a misdemeanor.
