Brian Scott Phillips, 50, of Clarksburg, W.Va., died Sunday, January 31, 2021, at his home.

He was born September 2, 1970, in Elkins, W.Va., a son of the late Robert Phillips and Connie Beam Phillips Gower. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, James “Steve’ Phillips.

He is survived by one daughter, Shaleia Purnell and husband Justin of Hambleton, W.Va.; two brothers, Robert “Bob” Phillips and wife Trisha and Jeremy Phillips and wife Ivy all of Buckhannon; one sister, Pamela McDaniels and husband Billy of Taylorsville, N.C. and several nieces and nephews.

In honoring Mr. Phillips wishes he will be cremated.
