TENNERTON – The Buckhannon-Upshur Lady Bucs were shutout of any WVSWA postseason honors as the All-State Basketball Team was announced this past weekend.
The WVSWA All-State team is voted upon by sports writers around the state.
The Lady Bucs did have anyone make it despite senior guard/forward Allie Key previously being named to the Big 10 Conference First Team.
Key led the Lady Bucs in scoring averaging 9.6 points per game and in rebounding with 4.6 rebounds per outing.
George Washington’s Jeriyah Pryor was named captain of the First Team while Lucie Cline of Parkersburg was named captain of the Second Team.
