Annual Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital Gobble Gallop planned for Thanksgiving Day

WESTON, W.Va. – Members of the Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital Wellness Committee and Pace Yourself Lewis County are beginning the winter 5K season with the Annual Gobble Gallop on Thanksgiving Day, November 24. The 5K Walk/Run will begin at 9 AM at WVU Jackson’s Mill in front of Mount Vernon Dining Hall.

“This is just a fun event,” said Kevin Stalnaker, Chief Administrative Officer at Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital. “There is a minimal registration fee with the goal of getting people out on Thanksgiving Day to participate in a healthy activity before that big Thanksgiving dinner. Last year we had several out-of-town visitors participating which made it a lot of fun.”

Registration is $5 and can be completed at webscorer.com/register?raceid=287521.
