BUCKHANNON — The Mountain CAP Family Support Center is offering a FREE adult LIfe Skills series of workshops beginning January 28 from noon to 1:30 p.m.

There will be a series of five weekly classes covering topics such as healthy eating, housekeeping, budgeting, employment essentials and landlord-tenant rights.

Participants will receive incentives related to the workshop upon completion of each session.

Additionally, free child care is available with prior arrangements.
