BUCKHANNON — Guests to campus will still, for now, be required to submit a COVID-19 liability waiver prior to arrival on campus, as well as a temperature check once on campus – regardless of vaccination status. Your WVWC host will update you on those protocols prior to any meetings or events on Wesleyan’s campus.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Upshur-Buckhannon Health Department public health guidelines are in effect on campus. For example, vaccinated individuals who are outside do not have to wear a face mask, per CDC guidance. For more information, go to cdc.gov.

The State of West Virginia’s indoor mask mandate is still in effect for campus buildings, for now.

The college will continue to be transparent with both the campus community and the Buckhannon-Upshur community and will send communications regarding COVID-19 cases, protocols and policies, as needed. Stay tuned for updates on wvwc.edu.
