State police seeking leads in case of stolen UTV

TENNERTON — The Buckhannon detachment of the West Virginia State Police is seeking help from the public in locating a UTV allegedly stolen from Grant Lane off of Stony Run Road.

According to a press release from Cpl. V.J. Pyles, on May 22, 2020 a 2012 Kawasaki TREX four-seat KRT750 UTV was discovered missing. The UTV was last observed on the property May 20, 2020.

The UTV is camouflage in color and the hood is faded due to sunlight. The UTV may have ignition damage due to the theft. The UTV has been entered into NCIC by this officer on May 22, 2020. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
