Registration is open for a limited time for the 2026 Governor’s Energy Summit, set for November 11-12 at Charleston’s Vandalia Health Center, formerly the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center.
Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite. The West Virginia Office of Energy’s summit page lists discounts for students, educators and state employees. Registration and discount questions can be sent to chelsea.t.morrison@wv.gov.
The Office of Energy hosts the two-day event each year for energy leaders, policymakers, educators and community partners. An evening panel and networking reception are planned for November 11, followed by presentations, panels and new breakout sessions November 12.
“The new breakout sessions allow us to explore key topics in greater depth while maintaining the collaborative atmosphere central to this event,” West Virginia Department of Commerce Deputy Secretary and Office of Energy Director Nicholas Preservati said in the office’s release.
The summit page lists grid reliability, energy policy, coal and natural gas development, manufacturing, data centers, workforce training and nuclear energy among the topics.
