A peaceful protest against Valley Link North is planned from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, at the Barbour County Courthouse in Philippi. The flyer says everyone is welcome and invites people to bring a friend and a sign.
Participants will gather on the outside sidewalk around the courthouse. An information table with refreshments will be set up at the gazebo.
