BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — The City of Buckhannon will conduct milling and paving operations on several streets this week. No parking will be permitted on the affected streets during the dates listed below. Move vehicles before milling/paving begins to allow contractors full access.

Schedule of work & no parking restrictions

  • Monday, October 12: Milling: South Florida Street (Central Avenue to College Avenue). No parking: South Florida Street.
  • Tuesday, October 13: Weather make-up day, if needed. No parking: South Florida Street (only if milling is delayed).
  • Wednesday, October 14: Paving: South Florida Street. No parking: South Florida Street.
  • Thursday & Friday, October 15–16: Paving: Henry Street, Eastview Terrace, Hinkle Drive. No parking: Henry Street, Eastview Terrace, Hinkle Drive.

Residents are asked to plan accordingly and move vehicles before work begins.
