The City of Buckhannon is accepting applications for the position of a full-time Assistant Youth Center Director until October 14, 2026.
The responsibilities include supporting the City of Buckhannon Stockert Youth Center Director in managing daily operations, planning recreational programs, and supervising staff to maintain a safe and engaging environment for young people.
Qualifications:
An Education Degree in Early Childhood Development or Completion and Certification through the WV Apprenticeship for Child Development Specialist program and 15 years of childcare experience.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as WV Stars training certificates in Basic Health and Safety and Mandate to Report will be required before beginning employment.

Hourly rate starting at $15.00 per hour with benefits.
