Buckhannon-Upshur scored twice on second-half corner kicks to beat Parkersburg South 3-0. The Bucs posted their seventh shutout of the season and extended their unbeaten streak to four matches.
Buckhannon-Upshur Middle School fielded three complete teams at the Forest Festival Jack and Jill Relay Invitational, with its A-Team placing third out of 23 in 39:34.60. Felix Stump ran the meet’s third-fastest leg, while the B- and C-Teams finished eighth and 14th.
