The Upshur County Solid Waste Authority will hold a free paper shred event Saturday, September 26, from 9 a.m. to noon at 395 Mudlick Road, across from the transfer station.
The authority sponsors the shred as a celebration of recycling and says it hopes to see as many people as possible take part.
