Five Upshur County deputies promoted during recent commission meeting

Buckhannon-Upshur battled rainy conditions at the WV State Track and Field Championships, highlighted by Lady Buc Rylen Carlyle’s fourth-place long jump (16-01.25) and a 19th-place team finish. Both 4×800 relays set personal bests but missed scoring spots.
