Job alert! Community Corrections seeking full-time licensed clinical therapist for Upshur and Lewis counties

The 18th Judicial Circuit Community Corrections is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Therapist.

Service area: Upshur and Lewis Counties, WV. Licensure: LICSW, LPC, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Supervised Psychologist. Other licensure: LCSW, LGSW, or Provisionally Licensed Counselor.

The applicant must have experience in providing therapy services to those with substance use disorders. Experience and/or training in trauma-focused therapy preferred.

Starting salary will be $62,000.00 but negotiable with experience and credentialing. Under the direction of the Program Director, the candidate will perform with limited supervision: provide individual and group counseling, complete assessments, provide referrals, document case notes and prepare treatment plans, schedule appointments, provide court testimony as needed, and other duties as required.

Candidates will be subject to a criminal background and driving history check. A valid West Virginia driver’s license is mandatory.
