Local man arrested for third offense DUI following wreck on Little Sand Run

WVU Medicine St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Rotary Club of Buckhannon Upshur are offering affordable spring community blood screenings in Rock Cave (March 28) and Buckhannon (April 11, 18, 25 and May 2).
