BUCKHANNON – My Buckhannon is proud to present another season of the Hank Ellis All-Stars. Each week, we will select a male and female athlete at Buckhannon-Upshur who has had an exemplary week on the basketball court, wrestling mat or swimming pool.
Our Hank Ellis All-Stars for the weeks of Dec. 30 – Jan. 5 are Ian Cornett and Abby Radabaugh.
Cornett is a senior on the Buccaneer wrestling team. Cornett recently won his 100th match in the Blue and White.
Radabaugh is a junior on the Buccaneer wrestling team. At the Parkersburg Women’s Wrestling Winter Classic, she claimed first place in the 235-pound division, going unbeaten through the tournament. She pinned Autumn Lentz of South Charleson for the championship.
Congratulations to Cornett and Radabaugh as our weekly winners of the Hank Ellis All-Stars honor.
