Job Alert! Upshur County Circuit Clerk’s Office hiring full-time deputy clerk

BUCKHANNON — The Upshur County Circuit Clerk’s Office is accepting applications for a full-time deputy clerk position.

The position offers excellent health care benefits. Duties include the ability to effectively handle requests from the public, handling numerous telephone requests or inquiries for records that may or may not be confidential in nature, normal office correspondence, filing, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Typing skills and computer experience are required.

Applications must be received by the close of business on May 10, 2024. Interested individuals may pick up an application at the Upshur County Circuit Clerk’s Office located on the third floor of the Court House Annex (Room 304), between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday or download an application at the Upshur County Circuit Clerk’s website.
