High school state baseball tournament set

CHARLESTON — Pairings and times have been set for the WVSSAC State Baseball Tournament that will be played at GoMart Ballpark in Charleston. The Class A semifinals are set for Thursday, June 1. Class AA and Class AAA semifinals are scheduled for Friday, June 2. The championship games will be played Saturday, June 3.

Thursday, June 1

(Class A semifinals):

No. 1 Tyler Consolidated (31-6) vs. No. 4 Petersburg (19-8) – 4:30 p.m.

No. 2 Charleston Catholic (28-6) vs. No. 3 Wahama (25-9) – 50 minutes after

Friday, June 2
