WVWC golf releases fall schedule

BUCKHANNON, W.Va.—The West Virginia Wesleyan golf program and head coach Cami Roberts have finalized their schedule for the 2022 fall season.
 
On the men’s side, the Bobcats begin their season on Sept. 12 in Bluefield, Va. At the Bluefield University Fincastle Intercollegiate tournament. WVWC will compete at the Michael Corbett Fall Classic in Erie, Pa. from Sept. 18-19. The West Liberty Invite rounds out the September slate and will be played Sept. 26-27.
 
The women’s team will start on Sept. 2 at the Falcon Fall Invite held at Windmill Lakes Golf Club in Ravenna, Ohio. The woman’s program will also play at the Michael Corbett Fall Classic in Erie beginning on Sept. 18.
 
Both programs are scheduled to compete in the Mountain East Conference Championship from Oct. 3-5 held at Avalon Lakes Golf Course in Warren, Ohio. The fall season concludes for both teams at the Davis & Elkins Invite. The two-day tournament will be played Oct. 10-11 at Canaan Valley Resort in Davis, W.Va.
