Upshur woman arrested for aggravated DUI

BUCKHANNON – An Upshur County woman was arrested after allegedly failing three field sobriety tests while driving with a revoked license for driving under the influence. Charmin Warner, 48, of Buckhannon, was arrested for third-offense aggravated DUI, a felony, and driving revoked for DUI, a misdemeanor.
