Upshur woman arrested for aggravated DUI

Beatrice Louise Hinkle Kovach, 99, of Tallmansville, WV, died May 26, 2026, at Serenity Care Home in Buckhannon. She was a retired Steptoe & Johnson employee and longtime member of First United Methodist Church in Clarksburg.

Roger Dow Westfall, 70, of Tallmansville, WV, passed away on May 25, 2026 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, WV. He was a U.S. Army veteran, devoted family man, and longtime ETI Pipe Plant employee.
