Thomas “Shayne” Knight, 35, who was critically injured in the Oct. 29 Route 33 collision that killed his wife, has died.
Upshur County Clerk Carol Smith said 1,944 people had voted early through Oct. 30. The last day to vote early is Saturday, Oct. 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Upshur County Courthouse. Election Day is Nov. 3.
