Two Upshur County residents among West Virginia Scholar finalists

BUCKHANNON – Recently on the statewide radio program ‘Talkline,’ host Hoppy Kercheval announced the 15 finalists for the 2021 West Virginia Scholar program. These outstanding West Virginia high school juniors are in the running for a full-ride scholarship to West Virginia Wesleyan College.

Listed in alphabetical order, they are:

From May 31 to June 13, anyone may go to wvscholar.com and vote for their favorite finalist. The winner will be announced June 23 at the 2021 WV Scholar Awards luncheon in Buckhannon.
