Suzanne Louise Harris, age 69, of Buckhannon, died Monday, July 29, 2024, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born on September 29, 1954, in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Theodore Martin and Susan Knowles who survives. On April 7, 1973, she was united in marriage to Roger Harris, Sr., who survives.

Also surviving are one son Roger Harris, Jr. of Fairmont; one daughter Heather Thrall of Buckhannon; three grandchildren: Eva Louise Chidester and husband Dylan, Stephanie Hezlep and husband Kevin, and Kimberly Harris; one great-granddaughter Sophie Hezlep; and one sister Dinah Jones and husband David of Gainesville, Fl. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by one grandson Alexander Harris.

Suzanne enjoyed swimming in the pool, gardening, 3D printing, and playing with gadgets and on computers. She was very artistic and loved drawing daily comics to share on the internet.

The body will be cremated. Private family services will be held at a later date.
