Summer Basketball League kicks off with six games on Monday
WVCTSI Project ECHO marks 10 years of bringing specialist expertise to local providers through virtual, case-based learning. Launched to improve care in West Virginia, the program now connects healthcare professionals across 32 states and Washington, D.C.
A record 21 WVU students are interning at Nemacolin this summer, representing nearly two-thirds of the resort’s intern class. The partnership has tripled the number of WVU interns at the resort since 2022.
West Virginia Wesleyan’s Class of 2026 nursing graduates achieved a 100% NCLEX-RN pass rate and employment rate. All have remained in West Virginia, providing nursing care in local communities.
The state advanced $400,000 to temporarily relocate flood-damaged Robert L. Bland Middle School to WVU Jackson’s Mill. About 400 Lewis County students are expected to resume in-person learning after Labor Day.
