Stonewall Resort will host its highly anticipated Harvest Dinner on Saturday, November 15 at 6:00 p.m., offering an unforgettable farm-to-table dining experience that captures the spirit and flavors of Appalachia.

“This is a true taste of place,” said Andre’ D’Amour, general manager at Stonewall Resort. “Every dish tells a story of community, craft, and culture unique to West Virginia.”

Prepared by Executive Chef Matt Welsh, the Harvest Dinner is more than a meal – it’s a celebration of West Virginia’s farmers, artisans, and culinary traditions. Known across the Mountain State as The Vagabond Chef, Welsh is dedicated to championing local food and fostering connections between farmers, producers, and guests. As part of his role with the West Virginia State Parks system, Chef Welsh creates authentic farm-to-table experiences at multiple park properties, celebrating Appalachian culture through innovative yet approachable cuisine that honors the land and communities he serves.

Guests will enjoy a four-course, locally sourced menu designed to showcase the region’s seasonal bounty, while engaging with Chef Welsh, fellow diners, and the stories behind each ingredient.
