Sheila M. Marsh

Sheila M. Marsh, 71, of Meade Street, Buckhannon, died Monday, May 4, 2020, at the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. 

She was born November 17, 1948, in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Marvin R. and Ida Marie Hosaflook Marsh.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers:  Robert C. “Bobby” Marsh and William Larry “Bill” Marsh. 

She is survived by one brother Roger Marsh and wife Lois of Buckhannon; one sister Deloris Mayfield of Morgantown; a special niece Brandi and nephew Rob, along with several other nieces and nephews; and a special cousin and caregiver Anita Delahunt.

Sheila was a graduate of Buckhannon-Upshur High School with the Class of 1966, and enjoyed immensely their reunions and get-togethers.  She attended the Morgantown Beauty College and later opened Sheila’s Beauty Shop, which she owned and operated for 42 years. 

She loved going out for dinner with friends and family and time spent with others, especially at Festival Fridays. Sheila will be sorely missed by her countless former clients, friends, and family.

A graveside service will be held with interment immediately following in the Heavner Cemetery with the Rev. Helen Oates officiating.
