Rotary Club volunteers at Upshur Schools first-ever Wellness Day

BUCKHANNON — The Rotary Club of Buckhannon-Upshur volunteered at the Upshur County Schools’ first annual Wellness and Field Day at the Buckhannon-Upshur High School Stadium on Tuesday, May 17.

They assisted with timing the students during a variety of track events. Over 900 students in grades 3rd through 5th from nine elementary schools competed in nearly 12 events, winning points to earn the Upshur County Wellness Cup for the year.
