Roscoe William “Bill” Carpenter

Roscoe William “Bill” Carpenter, 81, of Buckhannon, WV, died Thursday, December 2, 2021, at the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

He was born September 14, 1940, in Roane County, WV, a son to the late Roscoe W. and Gladys B. Justice Carpenter. On November 07, 1963, he married Norma J. Petry, who preceded him in death on January 27, 2005. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Carpenter.

He is survived by his best friends, Kenny Wright and Steven Heavner both of Buckhannon.

Roscoe was a Christian by faith. In honoring his wishes, he was cremated.
