The City of Buckhannon has been notified that a subcontractor for Mountaineer Gas Company will begin infrastructure work requiring a one-lane closure on Ritchie Street starting Thursday, February 26.
The closure will affect Ritchie Street from the corner of Fayette Street to the corner of Tucker Street and is expected to remain in place for approximately two weeks.
Drivers should use caution or plan alternate routes. The city said it will share updates as Mountaineer Gas and its contractor provide them.
