ResCare Community Living is hosting a walk-in interview event on Tuesday, Jan. 25 and Thursday, Jan. 27 at their Buckhannon location — 86 East Main Street (inside the Bicentennial Inn).

Positions from entry-level up to nursing are available. Open interviews will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

JV football Bucs edged late in 8–0 loss to Lewis County

Buckhannon-Upshur’s JV Bucs fell 8–0 to Lewis County in a defensive slugfest Monday, with their final drive stopped at the six-yard line. The Bucs are now 2–2, and next Monday’s game with East Fairmont was canceled.
