Natural Resources Commission to meet May 5, 2019

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Natural Resources Commission will conduct its next quarterly meeting on Sunday, May 5, 2019, at the Division of Natural Resources Forks of Coal DNR District 5 office at 50 Rocky Branch Road, Alum Creek, West Virginia.

The meeting will start at 1 p.m. The public is invited to attend and make comments.

Items on the agenda include:

Summary of the 2019 sectional meetings and the sportsmen and landowners questionnaire

Approve 2019-1920 Big Game Hunting Regulations
Discussion and approval of lowering minimum age on youth hunts from 8 years to 7 years of age
Review proposed 2020-2021 hunting and trapping regulations
Review proposed 2020 fishing regulations
2019 State Park Deer Hunts
Public Comments
