Mon Health Ground Hog Walk Run held in February

WESTON, W.Va. – The Fourth Annual Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital Groundhog 5K Walk/Run was held on Saturday, February 12. Bridgeport resident Brian Reider was the overall winner with a time of 17:38.2, followed by Richard Everly at 19:40, and third place for Keefe Kiser with a time of 20:53.

First place female runner was Alum Bridge resident Lyn Mikesell with a time of 27:58, followed by Webster County resident Yamileth Setterlund, with Tasha Coulthart in third place with a time of 40:48. Other racers and their times include: Kevin Kiser, 21:28, seven-year-old Cedric Coulthart, 33:35, Phillip Setterlund, 40:19, and Alissa Hill, 44:30.

Reider noted that it was the first time he had been in this race and found it to be an enjoyable event and a great way to start the racing season.
