Obituary Lawrence Booth

Lawrence E. Booth, 82, of Buckhannon, died on Sunday, August 2, 2020, at Nella’s Nursing Home in Crystal Springs.  He was born on March 28, 1938, in Fairview, W.Va., a son of the late Harry and Myrtle Tenney Booth. He was in united in marriage on April 11, 1964, to Virginia Rose Golden Booth who preceded him in death on January 7, 2003.

He is survived by two sons: Stanley Booth and wife Kim of Huttonsville and Randal Booth and wife Velda of Pickens; one daughter Stella Rose Casto and husband Leonard of Adrian; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one brother Albert Booth and wife Ann of Charlottesville, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.

Lawrence enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Friends will be received at the Heavner and Cutright Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, from 4-6 p.m. Graveside services and interment will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2020, at the Brooks Hill Cemetery.
