Just the ticket: Gauley Boys hosting elimination dinner to benefit Trapper Samples April 17

The Gauley River Boys Organization is hosting an elimination dinner benefit Trapper Samples, who is battling cancer.

Please join the Gauley River Boys for the dinner, which begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 17, at the Buckhannon Moose Lodge, 25 N. Kanawha St. in our efforts to help Trapper Samples and his family. As many are aware, Trapper is currently battling cancer. Trapper is a dedicated high school athlete, great student, and a joy to all who know him. Our goal is to aid the Samples family in their fight. All proceeds will benefit Trapper and his family directly.

The grand prize is $1,000. Additionally, raffle items, tips and more will be available. Tickets are currently for sale for $30 and selling fast. You can purchase an entire table for the event. If you buy an entire table, which is 10 tickets, you save $5 per ticket.

Tickets are available for purchase (cash or check only) from Matt McCourt, Johnny Meadows, Zach Allman, Jacob Bucher, Sloan Baisden or Tammy Samples. Please private message us or message our Gauley River Boys Organization page on Facebook for contact information or to make arrangements for tickets. We can also be reached via email at grbs4wv@gmail.com.

Ticket includes spaghetti dinner, salad and roll. There will be a cash bar and many other prizes. If you have donations, any items you would like to donate for auction, or volunteer with us, please contact one of the hosts of the event. Johnny Meadows can be reached at 304-280-1091.
