CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice announced today that he has appointed Trenton C. Barnhart to the House of Delegates seat in District 7. Barnhart fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Delegate Jason Harshbarger.
Barnhart is a lifelong resident of Pleasants County. He attended St. Marys High School and currently resides in St. Marys, West Virginia.
