Glenna Jean Morgan

Glenna Jean Morgan, age 79, of Buckhannon, WV, died Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Holbrook’s Healthcare Center in Buckhannon.

She was born May 25, 1947, in Weston, WV, a daughter of the late Clarence and Lillian Smith Ware.

On November 21, 1964, she married Danny Morgan, who preceded her in death on January 19, 2024.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jack Ware.

She is survived by one son, Neal Morgan and wife Cindy of Pennsboro, WV; one daughter, Tammy Malcolm and husband Charlie of Buckhannon; two grandsons, Brogan Malcolm of Buckhannon and Kylar Morgan of Pennsboro; and one brother, Delmas Ware of Buckhannon.

Mrs. Morgan was a homemaker. She enjoyed bowling, softball, hunting, and fishing. Mrs. Morgan was a sports enthusiast and loved watching WVU, the Steelers, and her “Cubbies.” She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #598 and the Elks Lodge #1736 in Buckhannon.

She liked to travel with family and friends and, above all else, cherished her family, especially her two grandsons.

Friends will be received Friday, June 19, 2026, from 4 PM to 8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 9:30 AM Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Darrel Gooden officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
