KERENS – Another evening of dirt track racing under the lights at Elkins Raceway is complete. As the season is speeding by, races continue to heat up and the competition continues to be fierce. As the green flag fell on July 16, the upcoming checkered flag was all that mattered then.

Saturday’s feature race winners are as follows:

  • Super Lates – Shane Hitt
  • Crates – Brent Trimble
  • Modifieds – Phil Jeffries
  • Street Stock – Kevin Keene
  • Hot Mods – Joshua Simpson

Mark your calendars for next Saturday, July 23 for more regular racing and the second Autograph & Picture Night of the season. During regular intermission, racing fans can spill onto the front stretch of track for a meet and greet with their favorite drivers. Fans are encouraged to take photos, collect autographs from drivers, and look inside each race car to experience life on the dirt track. Drivers may have autographed images for fans to take home with them.
