Community members at Almost Heaven CrossFit honored fitness and fallen war heroes Saturday with their participation in Memorial Day Murph. An annual tradition for CrossFit gyms across the nation, the “Murph” workout pays tribute to Lt. Michael “Murph” Murphy who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005.
