Connie Michelle Dean, 50, of Buckhannon, W.Va., died Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, W.Va.
She was born October 9, 1970, in Buckhannon, a daughter of Mary Zickefoose Dean of Buckhannon and the late Danny Dean. In addition to her mother, she is survived by four sisters, Debra Tenney and husband Edd of French Creek, W.Va., Twila White and husband Steve of Ozark, Ala., Robin Tenney and husband Randy and Darlene Turner and husband Joe all of Buckhannon; eight nieces and nephews; seventeen great nieces and nephews; three great-great nieces and nephews and special friends, Jamie Pugh of Ellamore, W.Va. and Julie Cowger of Rock Cave, W.Va.
Connie had a huge loving heart, was a member of the Sand Run Baptist Church and she loved Dalmatians, hummingbirds and cats.
Friends will be received Monday, May 3, 2021 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Sand Run Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at the church with the Rev. Donald Butcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Run Baptist Cemetery in Excelsior, W.Va. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
