BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — Due to equipment failure within the Waste Collection Department truck fleet, the regularly scheduled pickup times of waste for all customers of the City of Buckhannon Waste Department will fluctuate for the next few weeks.

Beginning Monday, August 23, the City of Buckhannon Waste Department will run its regular daily routes with expanded hours for the route pickups to be from 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Friday.

All customers are reminded to set out their garbage the night before their scheduled pickup but are asked to remain patient as to when their garbage is picked up.
