Charles Robert Tenney, 82, of the Heaston Ridge Community died on Saturday, October 17, 2020, at Mon General Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born August 22, 1938, in Upshur County a son of the late Gohen A. and Josaline Phipps Tenney. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ilean Tenney, one son Robert Tenney and one infant son.
He is survived by his significant other Bessie McDaniels of Selbyville: one son Ronald L. Tenney and significant other Johnna McDonald of Crawford, two stepdaughters: Norma and husband Greg Woody of Selbyville and Joan and husband Paul Samargo of Buckhannon; two stepsons: Norman McDaniels and companion Jacquelee Ketchem of French Creek and Clarence and wife Renee McDaniels of Selbyville; two grandchildren: Megan and Devin and one step granddaughter Jada; two sisters: Jeannie Ford and Joyce Csomay both of Pennsylvania.
Charlie loved to hunt and fish and was always tinkering on something.
At the request of Charlie there will be no services.
