The Buckhannon Upshur Camera Club meets monthly on the fourth Thursday at the Buckhannon Senior Center.  Each month club members submit a photo for competition on a particular theme.  February’s theme was “Valentine” and the winner was Sandra Miller with a heart shaped silhouette.
