Benjamin Brannon Huffman

Benjamin Brannon Huffman, 79, a resident of Holbrook Health Care, died on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at Holbrook Health Care.

He was born on August 30, 1941, in Upshur County a son of the late Elbert Lee and Beatrice Merle Tenney Huffman. In addition to his father and mother he was preceded in death by three brothers: Bobby, Bernard and Bailey Huffman; one sister Bonita Nantz; two half-sisters: Viola Huffman and Nellie Bennett; step-mother Rachel Bond; sister-in-law Betty Huffman; two brothers-in-law Roger Thompson and Charles McCartney; niece Karen Phipps; and two nephews; Timmy Huffman and David McCartney.

He is survived by two brothers: Brian and wife Joann Huffman of French Creek, Berlin and wife Carolyn Huffman of Buckhannon; one sister Berta M. Thompson of Buckhannon; nieces and nephews: Brett, Ryan, and Brianna Huffman, Ronda Howell, Charles McCartney, Adrian McCartney, Dwales Bennett, Mata Bond, Judith Sipe and Mark Wilfong.

Graveside services and interment will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021, at 10 a.m. at Big Bend Cemetery with Pastor Scott Owens officiating.
