Barbara W. Wikoff, age 88, of Buckhannon, WV, died Thursday, July 30, 2026, at her home. She was born May 11, 1938, in Richwood, WV, a daughter of the late John and Hazel Boggs Waggy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Wikoff, and siblings, Sandra Lopinsky, John Waggy, and Connie Waggy.
She is survived by her cousins, David Waggy and wife, Sue Ann, and Bob Waggy and wife, Karen, all of Buckhannon; niece, Lisa Lopinsky; nephew, Mark Lopinsky; and great-nephew, Samuel.
Barbara attended Morris Harvey College in Charleston, WV.
