Barbara Frances Davis, 62, of French Creek, W.Va., died Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.
She was born September 17, 1956, in Bayonne, N.J., a daughter of the late John Alfred and Rose Mulligan Holmstrom.
On September 4, 2004, she married Charles Davis who survives. Also surviving are four sons, Charles James Davis and Gerard Wayne Davis both of French Creek, Daniel L. McCowan of Buckhannon and Ernest E. McCowan, Jr. of Morgantown; two grandchildren, Aaron Dull of Dailey, W.Va. and Tyler McCowan of Buckhannon and one sister in law, Janet McCoy of Callabach, N.C.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Christopher McCowan; one grandson, Christopher M. McCowan and one brother, John Holmstrom.
Mrs. Davis was a homemaker.
In honoring Mrs. Davis’ wishes she will be cremated.
