The Buckhannon-Upshur High School students will go “To the Stars” for Homecoming this year.

On Wednesday, the school celebrated with its annual Coronation ceremony, crowning the 2019 royalty — Queen Jessica Lane and King Jared Propst.

A Homecoming parade will be held in downtown Buckhannon at 6 p.m. Wednesday, and the court will be introduced during Friday’s football game against John Marshall. The annual dance is set for Saturday evening.
