Margaret Sue Cobb, 73, of Fairmont, died Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Holbrook Healthcare Center in Buckhannon. She was born October 8, 1952, in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Allen Ralph and Oleta Emma Zickefoose Collins.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Worthy Cobb, Sr.; two sisters, Annie and Linda McIe; and one brother, Larry Collins.
She is survived by one son, James Worthy Cobb, Jr. of Fairmont; two sisters, Betty Collins of Selbyville and Barbara McIe of Buckhannon; and four brothers, Ralph Collins of Selbyville, Orville Collins and wife Karen of Selbyville, James Collins and wife Melanie of Buckhannon, and Michael Collins of Alexander, WV.
Sue enjoyed hunting and fishing and had attended the Newlon UM Church in her youth.
The body will be cremated. A memorial service and inurnment will be held at the Waterloo Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
