BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — The City Street Department has temporarily closed the Kanawha Street entrance to Senior Drive and will keep it closed until July 8 so long as the weather permits the needed work to be finished.  Street Commissioner Brad Hawkins noted that the entrance from Locust Street is open and the Senior Center and its parking lot can easily be accessed from there.
